Transocean Offshore: Sedco 714 Fire & Gas Detection System Expansion Project

During 2014 Satcom Global (formerly as AND Group) worked on a number off offshore projects with Transocean Offshore. This particular project was for the Sedco 714 platform, located off the UK.

The project entailed expanding the existing Autronica AutroSafe 4  integrated fire and gas detection system.  The expansion, which had a project value of aprox £50,000, also included the supply of an AutroMaster dedicated HMI (Human Machine Interface). The addition of the presentation system provides Sedco 714 workers with improved visiibilty and control of the fire and gas detection system across the installation.
