Transocean Offshore: John Shaw Fire & Gas Detection Project to DNV Class

In 2013 and 2014 Satcom Global (formerly as AND Group) undertook a project to design, supply and commission a new fire detection system for Transocean's Denmark based platform, the John Shaw.

This particular project involved the supply of a market leading Autronica AutroSafe 4 fire detection system that would meet DNV classification requirements, demonstrating the highest standards of offshore safety.

The AutroSafe 4 builds on the reliable technology Autronica has deployed in AutroSafe for over 10 years, and is designed to perform to the highest standards in the toughest environments.
