Hess Equatorial Guinea Inc: FSPO Sendje Ceiba Fire Detection Replacement

Between 2012 and 2014 Satcom Global undertook a project to design, supply, install and commission a replacement fire detection system on the FPSO Sendje Ceiba vessel, belonging to Hess Equatorial Guinea Inc.

Satcom Global selected the Autronica AutroSafe 4 as the fire detection system to meet the vessels needs for safety and reliability.  The AutroSafe 4 is a high-end fire detection system providing advanced functionality, designed to meet the stringent requirements of the maritime and offshore industries.

The project was carried out in Equatorial Guinea while the vessel was still in service, with a project value of £50-£300,000.
