World class customer service is something that will set us apart from our competitors enabling us to grow our business but more importantly to give the customers the service levels they expect and deserve. I am extremely excited about the opportunity that is now in front of us, and after the recent merger and rebranding exercise we now have the ability to provide world class support on a global, 24/7 basis for both maritime and land based customers. It will be my mission to ensure we continue to improve our services so that we stay ahead of the game.”
